This study presents findings from a three-year research evaluation of the Arizona Kith and Kin Project. The goal was to explore changes in quality of child care after Family, Friend, and Neighbor providers completed a 14-week professional development project. Pre and post observations of provider practices were conducted in child care providers’ homes by trained observers. The following highlighted improvements in outcomes were all statistically significant.
