The purpose of this report is to share the findings of our process evaluation of the Black Birthing Health Initiative (BBHI) at Homeless Children’s Network (HCN). This report details the result of a collaborative process evaluation, designed to document the intentional development, design, and launch of the BBHI Program. This evaluation focuses on how BBHI was created, the values and experiences shaping its design, and the foundational activities and structures needed to support its success in line with HCN’s contracted deliverables for this year of the program.
